Passion for food runs deep in my blood. My late Grandfather established a restaurant called Shakti Sweets in Kashmir, India 55 years ago, which is still serving many a happy customer today.

Born and bred in the West Midlands, having spent over 12 years working

in banking. The time came when I decided to pursue my passion for food. From a young age fish and chips has always been a regular favourite at

dinner, my uncle Harry made the best. Along with my family I have never shied away from my Indian roots- we love a bit of spice. Bringing both

these influences together, the end product is a mouth watering combination, fresh succulent fish coated in a fine blend of Indian spices, a match made

in heaven. Also on offer is a delicious variety of homemade Indian street food snacks including pakoras, samosas and a number of tasty chutneys.

 

My promise to you is to deliver high quality, ethically sourced, fresh food that will have you coming back for more.
